OK, he puts the effort in, but he isn't at this moment in time a proper striker
He needs to develop. And hopfully he will make a good un, but he int a good un just yet
We need experienced strikers in right now e.g. Shipperley and Pesci
On Radio sheffield, Ritchie more or less said the same
He said summert like - I keep asking them to shoot but we are still shot shy and i will review the situation a bit later in the year.
Get a couple of strikers in and Richards on the bench and we will be moving in the right direction
