Let's take a closer look here of who to blame because at the end of the day we are all pointing the finger .
The team .... Maybe - a lot of young in-experienced players who are making quite a few mistakes however as quoted "young and in-experienced who need guidance and support from a experienced manager , not a manager who from the touch line is shouting abuse , knocking their confidence and challenging every kick or pass of the ball even when the player is right in what he is doing, which as a result the team dont want to take any chances on goal or show their flair because they are frightened of criticism... It's ok to,be criticised as long as it is constructive... This is what I observed last Saturday while watching our team loose yet again he is a vey criticising manager .
Why are we loosing ....LJ maybe he has lost the respect of all player / dressing room and like another player quoted from a premiership team player not long ago " I would rather loose than win for him" .... Looks and sounds very much like what is happening at Barnsley.
You have young players who,with the right coaching and guidance would run through a brick wall and be loyal if the right manager was put in place , what I have seen from the stands from the start of the season is a young in-experienced manager who is nothing more than a bully who is blaming the players low morel and mistakes on their age .... Maybe but I don't think so..
LJ is nothing but a poor manager who cannot make the right decisions because he doesn't know how to, doesn't learn by his mistakes and needs to be re-educated , he seems to be managing like his dad ... An old school bully... Move with the times and your players will move with you.
LJ seems to have the vote of no confidence for managing Barnsley...

You're not the first person I've heard with this point of view.

 

I did not hear one constructive thing come from this managers mouth Saturday , you have young 17 year olds whose heads will drop and will need to be picked off the floor if he carrys on he is destroying some good young players.

To be fair to him, i could pick 11 people out of the stands who could probably hold out for more than 3 minutes.

Not saying he doesn't share the blame, but 3 ******* minutes, jesus suffering ****.

There are a few other things to take issue with on your initial post, but if you follow us here there and everywhere (you're an Emmy Lou Harris!), then you're more committed than I and entitled to blow a gasket.

 

Please feel free to take issue with what you feel you need to,challenge in my post , after all isn't this what a forum is about.
My thoughts and opinions are my own it doesnt mean everyone has to,agree with them as I don't have to agree with others.

 

Like I said he has lost the dressing room respects .... The players don't want to play for him !!!!!!
