played 7 games already (!!) and 2 Internationals coming up, Davey 'monitoring' according to the Star today, Souza and Reid at the back? f.u-ck ben.
Souza needs sending on a concentration course and also needs reminding that when a forward runs past him he should do something to prevent that.
Foster and Reid. Be like me and Dudley Moore at the back.

He'll bring Reid back pretty much nailed on. Hayes pulling the strings for Scunny week setdi, get ready....
RE: He'll bring Reid back Reid for.....?
He needs a back 4 and a 4 man midfield with Togwell to stand on his good friend Hayes.
Foster and Nyatanga to get the neck braces on and we'll be reight. They won't cope with Ode's pace.

God help us then.
Souza, like Mostto needs adjusting steadily to the English game. Playing him week in week out when he's dropping clangers won't help him, neither will swapping his starting position, nor will it help the team.

2 weeks to find his best 11 Im hoping the signing of JCR means a return to 4-4-2, although he'll need to upset a few if we're going to a back 4. wittinkermanart.
I'd imagine Foster signed in the knowledge he'd be getting first team football, Lewin similar, Reid is captain so would expect to return and Souza seems to be the crowd favourite for some reason. If we go to 4 at the back, someone's gonna have to play out of position and someone will inevitably miss out. He's on a hiding to nothing unless it results in a clean sheet.
If I were playing 3 in central defence..................then Hassel would be one of them I don't like Hassel in central defence when there is a flat back 4 because of his lack of height, but as part of 3 central defenders when the other two have height, I think he would do a great job
He will be though he's favoured by the manager and as captain its fairly inevitable he'll be back in the starting 11, I wouldve thought alongside Foster with Lewin going to left back.
RE: He will be though I dont have a problem with Nyatanga at LB as he is left footed and pretty quick.
Its a shame the ball playing BraziliBelgie is prone to the odd lapse. Its never dull when he is in the defence.
RE: Its a shame the ball playing BraziliBelgie is prone to the odd lapse. That's one way of looking at it. he scares me to death when he's playing square balls along the back and his control of passes to him is novel.
What do the fans want though, our usual CH's just kick it as far as they can in the direction they are facing.
I like the danger element he brings.
If only he could have been paired with Antony Kay ............ dream combo for square balls across the back and funky turns when under pressure.
