Didnt realise he'd got 34 caps for wales, still only 26 does anyone think he's still good enough for the welsh team? I think he's a solid championsip defender whos just coming into his prime.
He will struggle to get in a side in top 10 especially when there is such a love in for Swansea defenders
Or maybe Swansea's defenders are better? They are PL players after all, in a team that does reasonably well.
They just pick the best players. No way is Nyatanga been overlooked. He's a couple of levels below the lads Wales are picking currently
I'm not sure Nyatanga is Championship quality, couldn't get near our first team when we were up there. So I don't really see him as being ready for an international call up. I like him though, should do well for us this season.
I think he is Championship quality - obviously lost his way a bit over the last few years but got his mojo back at some point this season. He bossed that league at the age of 18 - he'll do that again if he gets a decent team around him in the champ'. Best few years to come as well.
Always liked him, one of our better players last year and a quality defender. Pops up with the odd set-piece goal too. in my opinion, could easily be the next player to qualify for a testimonial with us if we look after him right. Hopefully that will be back in our rightful place in the Championship.
That's why LJ was so glad he signed... He said, where would you get, and how much would a 26 year old, 6ft 2, left footed centre-back with 250 Champ appearances cost ya..
As long as he's kept away from left back. He's fine at this level. He was absolute gash at left back. Also needs to improve on his distribution. Apart from that he's fine for us.
Add to that the goal-scoring exploits of last season. Arguably retaining him could be our best piece of business all summer.
Too slow for the Championship, as has been proven. Very good League One defender though. Pleased we've kept him.
