    Oh aye - him and Eaden - used to get loads

    He was down the pecking order when he left but you have to remember we had good players back then

    how he was down the pecking order for us because the other players we had were good despite being cheap and often foreign. De Zeeuw, Wilkinson, Hendrie, Bosancic, Appleby, Thompson, Redfearn, Davies, Eaden, Morgan, Watson etc etc all of them a million times better than what we have now despite us being a "little club" back then as we are now.

    Puts most signings of the last 10 years into perspective, especially those of Parkin and Davey.
