Eubanks was a showman and also a good boxer. The British middleweight section of that era, was world class and great viewing!
Haven't seen the programme,but I will agree he is an interesting character,shame for me though, that good boxer and undoubted hard man though he is,his career seems a little tarnished by the fact that he never fought the top Yanks.
Fantastic era for British middleweight. A few mega fights between the various fighters. 2 British world title holders going at it. Benn was always my favourite, I just loved his warrior style. Eubank was hard as nails though despite his gentile upper crust persona, and as you say a very good boxer too.
