what I don't understand is..................... if the CVA was scrapped then the debts are still payable in full-so how come Bates is now able to fund the whole £35million?
It gets fishier and fishier as time goes on -and fish stinks rotten after a few days

i also don't understand... ....i know this is dirty leeds we are talking about but surely they have some fans which could have made a bid for the club?
RE: what I don't understand is..................... It's a strange one. I just think KPMG have allowed Bates to stitch it up in such a way that he's the only viable option - the company that's owed £16mill (?) saying he's the only bloke they'll do business with ?
Administrators don't exactly cover themselves in glory do they ? It's like Robson Rhodes and their comedy handling of our 'exit' from administration.

RE: so now they owe £7.7 m to IR I just hope they fester in the lower leagues now.
Wise, Bates, Leeds fans. Marvellous.

something else I can't understand..... the old leeds is dead (so to speak) and a new company called leeds 2007 ltd or whatever is set up, why can they start life in league 1, and not have to start from scratch (ala Aldershot I think it was) and then scarbugger if they start again. I know it would have the same effect against us, but why are we, leeds and bradford allowed to form new companies and start off where the other club left off albeit without the debts etc There is something I clearly don't understand here, so it is a genuine question
RE: something else I can't understand..... Is it anything to do with the CVA being accepted? Same happened with Middlesborough - locked out of Ayresome Park
if you read it again.............. the CVA no longer exists-which in my book means the debts are there in full-something distinctly odd going on here
