    Saw Kevin Phillips and his agent getting out of a big 4 x 4 with his agent. Our local 'spotter' said.

    How reliable is this information. Its 60% reliable. Either it was him or not him, he's dead easy recognise. But the source might have has 'rose coloured' specs on
