BARNSLEY Football Club is delighted to announce that it will be releasing a limited edition certificate to commemorate last May's historic promotion to the Coca Cola Championship. The Club will shortly release a limited edition of 500 certificates which will include autographs of all the squad from the game and also manager Andy Ritchie. The certificate will be available to buy from the Club Shop and direct through the Official Website and will be priced at £4.99, plus P&P. This is strictly a limited edition and demand will be high so if you wish to order one today please email marketing@barnsleyfc.co.uk with your details. Alternatively, please send a cheque for £4.99 + 40p P&P per certificate to: Marketing Department, Barnsley Football Club, Oakwell Stadium, Barnsley, S71 1ET. All certificates ordered via our website will be posted to your nominated address. All orders will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Would the autographs be real or printed ?
£4.99? I assume that these "signatures" are actually prints then, cos there's no way they would sell a certificate with genuine player/manager signatures for £4.99.
Certificate ??? Thought a certificate was proof of something. What does this prove> True loyalty to BFC? It'll not wash with the Nudgester unless you've beaten to death at least 5 non-TARN fans.
RE: Certificate ??? Only five ??? fckin lightweight !!! You've to kill 10 and bathe in their blood !!!!
RE: £4.99? just mailed the club to ask if its guaranteed they won't churn out anymore before I cough up!
BLIMEY!!!!!!!!!!! just got a response absolutely guaranteed no more than 500-will probably get one for a fiver

RE: £4.99? I've had an email back saying I have been reserved one- so maybe its genuine and on a first come first served basis.
Hope so- would be a nice momento if they're real signatures.

RE: Certificate ??? Well, I was using 5 as a measure as thats the number of aircraft you need to shoot down to make you an Ace.
What difference does the number printed make to you? Are you hoping it will be worth a fortune in the future? If so, I think you may be disappointed.
The last certificate I bought cost me £150. cant wait to see Gords face if I ever get to cash in my Premiership promotion bonus.
RE: What do you get if we're promoted? £300. I have it in black and white, letterheaded paper, the lot. I mentioned it when I renewed my season ticket, the office staff just smirked. Dickie Bird gets a free cuppa at half time, and he's got fewer ticket stubs than Addio. I reckon its an old farts thing.
RE: Do they adorn the walls of your bedroom? No, there are no candles and newspaper cuttings....
that's what i was aiming for though.
