http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03h24l9 Sounds like to me if the price is right, he could well be off.
Judging by all the factors- not least him not tweeting about his goal or the result for the first time in a long while alongside what everyone else has said I have become resigned to the fact that he's off. Massive shame but that's football innit. Would LOVE him to stay and try to finish what he started this season but there you go.
All I got from that is, that it's not really in Lee's hands. I think it's quite apparent that if the price is right, any player will be sold. The test is whether we will hold out for a fair price or jump at the best offer. All being well, we'll say thanks, but no thanks. I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but I trust our board to get this one right. I'm confident that Sam will be lining up for us on Thursday, because I don't think anyone will come in with a sufficient amount to make us jump. Sent from my I-Toaster using the internets
it would be a crazy move by the club to let him go on the last day of the transfer window. he'll be worth even more at the end of the season, with more goals under his belt. we've got nothing to gain and everything to lose by flogging him now. we'll see..
Don't get the doom & gloom from that ? Just stating the situation as it is. He'll go eventually - that's football- we just need to maximise the fee. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Agree with you both. I suppose I'm just starting to enjoy us play some decent football for the first time in years and now one of the integral parts of the jigsaw could potentially be taken away.
Re: Disagree to be fair what most people want to hear, is what martinez came out with during the stones saga. i want him to come out and say he's going nowhere this window, because he's key to any chance we have of getting into the top 6 and selling him on monday would give us no chance of replacing his goals. that's what i want to hear. johnson's comments to me, say he's gone if the right bid comes in. and i'm pretty confident that the club's definition of 'the right bid' isn't the same as ours. i wasn't worried at all yesterday. now i'm kinda worried..
Not true: Sam Winnall @Winnall19 24m24 minutes ago What a feeling walking off that pitch was. Raises the hairs on my neck. Another win, another goal. 6 on the bounce. We are on . #YouReds
It would be too late to bring in a replacement so it would be daft to sell now. But given our track record...
