    Not tried this before but just got back online (at least in the evenings) after a few months off so I'll give it a go. Which of the P2P thingies do you recommend?

    The first one anyway, according to McAfee. Evid-whatever.

    I ran checks on all of em, spyware free acording to Adaware,Spybot and AVG

    I didn't do it but it still seems to be working - just watched a bit of the BBC news over TVAnts.
