Picked up the paper this morning and flicked to the mighty reds report. Wish I hadn't!!!

I've sat on the fence with Mr Davey hoping things went right as I agree that we need stability rather than changing managers at every hiccup.

Then saw the report. If quoted right we need a change. Davey gushes about the quality of Reading about being organised and allowing us to have possession knowing it would be difficult to penetrate their back four. This was right and how I saw it.

They went down to 10 men it goes on Davey comments it galvanised them so all credit to them. Still okay with it.

The it goes on about Mr O!!!! then Davey comments and I quote " Kayode is big enough and ugly enough to get on with it. Obviously I'm disappointed he has not hit the target but these things happen"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    "Dissapointed" - "These things happen"

Change of tack Mr Davey time for the tea cups to fly. How many chances has Mr O had, still no change. Has Dennis being spoken to about defensive errors costing goals if so he's done it again - nows the time to make it clear do it again and face the consequences. Or is it do it again and i'll be disappointed!!!

I just get the feeling that were lacking leadership that we need a bit of heat in the dressing room, that people know they are playing for places or contracts if they fail it should hurt rather than disappoint.....really hurt.

We're missing Darren Moore at the back, Souza looks a lot more comfortable alongside him. As for oddjob, get shut now, hes had far too many chances to prove himself and he seems to be getting worse!!

I listened to his interview on way home

Like you, I agreed with him to the point of him talking about Odejaye. How many more chances is the guy going to miss? You could dedicate a dvd to his misses and gaffs - It could end up being a bloody box set!!

The guy has had a season and a half at Oakwell and were still waiting to see the "goal that will give him confidence and could be the first of many". The goal against Scunny wasnt it. Neither was the one against Chelsea or the ones against Watford. Did I miss any more?

Oddjob is turning out to be one of the worst finishers weve ever had at Oakwell. Why does Davey persist with him???

Only Davey knows why he persists in playing this man, he is dog ****. All he can do is run fast, he cant pass, control a ball or shoot and yet plays every single week in some form either starting or substitute

I think he WAS critical of KO yesterday

The "not hitting the target" comment was a direct criticism of KO's display yesterday.

Put him in the reserves with it ringing in his ears prove you can do it. If its confidence a few goals should bring him on.
If not confidence it might concentrate his game with him having something to prove and give him an edge.
If it fails then theres only one thing for the best of both parties.
