Just got back after seeing yet another spineless display from an inept team led by a bloke who is simply out of his depth at this level.

Johnsons stupid tactics and team selection have again kicked the supporters in the b*llox, I never thought I would see a worse BFC manager than Keith Hill but congratulations Johnson after tonight and the dross you spout in your rinse and repeat interviews I think you may have taken the prize.

Tonight starring in an interview room very near to you in the red corner we have Lee Johnson 'The Emperors New Clothes', now folks close your eyes and just like being in the film Groundhog Day, he will spout out the exact same excuses not only from the last 4 straight league defeats but for most of the games this season when he has cocked up. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, better than Rain Man.

And not forgetting in the blue corner we have 'Politician Answers, Teflon Ben' you the supporters are absolutely wonderful, the best in the league you are our lifeblood, let me ring your house and beg you to get a season ticket, let me randomly knock on BFC supporters houses and thank you for attending Jokewell, let me promise you the fans just as the season tickets are up for renewal lots of box office make you sit up and notice signings, a new scoreboard, a lick of paint around the stadium, TV's that work, food that never sells out, drinks that never sell out, half time entertainment that is better than having your teeth drilled without anaesthetic and we mean business this season blah blah blah blah - well Benny Boy time for you to go also old **** as nothing much that you say or promise actually happens at Jokewell.

This club is proper on it's arse and dying a slow death and unless there is root and branch changes top to bottom then the trap door for league 2 is a real possibility.

The fans deserve better, the quicker Johnson is got shut of the quicker we can save it

It's the people at the top that need to go too. Don't know who can replace them, but this is a much bigger issue than LJ alone. Who the heck came up with the idea of 6 loans whilst we were in the transfer window wants slapping. What a stupid idea that was. Just got to the point now after 50 years watching that I couldn't care less if they are relegated. Absolutely dreadful state of affairs.

That's a bit harsh! Let me ask you this question when in the past 15 years has sacking the manager actually had a positive outcome long term? I agree that it's not good enough but is sacking LJ actually the best answer? Who is out there who would do a better job? Can't actually think of any.

Since the days of you calling for Robins to go the answer isn't as black and white...

Rossler, Clough, Cooper are all starters for ten

We leave Johnson to run this shower for the rest of the season then there will be more half time draw staff than fans in Jokewell

He has to go mate and Mansford with him, LJ seems a nice bloke but he is way out of his depth, as his team choices, tactics and rinse and repeat interviews tell you

Without commenting one way or the other on the rest of the post (I'm not sure where I stand to be honest), make no mistake that the '6 loans plan' is not a playing strategy, it's a cost cutting measure. The goal this season is to cut costs to the bone while still expecting the manager to make a good fist of a play off push.

Trouble is, I imagine the compensation to Johnson and his team will negate any savings they happen to have made on wages, so it's yet another duff plan.

Rossler - sacked from Wigan and now sacked from Leeds for apparently playing boring football.
Cooper - sacked from Swindon for playing ineffective football.
Cough - bemoaned by many Sheffield U fans for being far too defensive and inevitably sacked for that reason.

All these seem to mirror our current problem and would therefore be a step backwards (again).

If there was a standout candidate out there then fair enough but there simply isn't. For that reason LJ will still be in charge. Usually when a manager is getting he boo he's locked away in meetings after the game with directors, not speaking to the press.
