    1 point off the drop zone, bare bones quality in this squad at the mo, a couple more injuries to key players and we are fooked, etc etc etc. It doesnt matter whats gone before if we arent gunna be strong enough to pull clear of this relegation scrap is it.

    The squad has basically been in that state since last January. Doesn't really matter how many players you have if they aren't good enough. If we are sticking to our budget we have had since coming up relegation is and always has been a strong possibility. What were you expecting? If we get the names been mentioned relegation is still a strong possibility. The damage was done in January and the summer. Panic moves on the 31st of January will not make drastic differences. It's going to be tight.
