I managed to get three tickets yet am still frustrated with the shambles down at Oakwell today. Despite getting the tickets we are miles apart which doesn't help when gota 7 / 9 year old.</p> Questions need to be asked.</p> Why allow two tickets per season ticket holders? Why now open the East Stand to purchase tickets with cash? Why state that people need to attend in person when this was never going to happen? Anyway sure the board will hear from allot of annoyed fans, I was very close to getting something sent off.</p>
In regards to three, that's the biggest joke of the lot. Terms and conditions state non-transferable, but people turned up with a cartload of tickets that obviously weren't theirs? One ticket per person, phone booking allowed, patron codes and proof of identity.
