    Guy been and sorted out jammed door. Not a major problem - a few re-adjustments and things sorted. Excellent!

    I had to get one for our flat in Harrogate yesterday. The Yale lock seized up on Friday with me on the inside so I was locked in for an hour - no way out of a top floor flat except via that door. Luckily a neighbour managed to open it from the other side and let me out.

    I was quoted £49 + VAT plus the cost of parts/new lock.

    Final bill for the basic Yale lock - £162.
