just been on the phone to my little brother who works at Morrissons (well used to). Staff can put call outs for staff to go to an area of the store. As a joke he called customer service' s up and told them to put a call out for "Sam Booka required on Wines and Spirits". They fell for it but apparantley the area manager was in the store today and got the deputy manager to sack him. dont important people have a sense of humour? did it finish 5-1?
