Sent the young uns to fetch some snap 5 minutes before half time, started wondering where they were 15 minutes later, went to find them and the queue for the pie stand at the away end in the ESL, snaked all the way back to gangway 6. To add insult to injury it then sold out of hot food with at least 300 still in the queue.

Im sure there's a lesson there somewhere for someone.

I remember as a young'un ordering a pie from pie stall at back of west stand. Then nipping for a pee round toilets at back of it then coming out the other end to collect my pie. Not many grounds have pi** holes backing on to food stalls. Hygiene of the highest standard.....not

Food in the exec was equally as sh*t

Three plates of sandwiches and 2 portions of chips for 44 people.

    Amazing

It was only so long as the people serving were that slow (as usual). Added to the fact that there were a lot of non-local folk who had the decency to queue rather than barge in at the front. Although quite a lot of familiar faces did.

They need more staff and a bit more urgency - It's as if they don't care if they sell anything. Could do with a dividing barriers too, so that you can get two distinct lines and no way to shove in from the sides.

But then again, why bother - ****e overpriced food anyway.

Don't tell me you were suprised. It runs out most home games with a third less of the crowd.
