As someone born in Leeds Iv'e taken lots of stick over the years. I got thumped there first time watching the Blades. I know it's a massive generalisation but their fans are horrible. Throughout the 70s, 80s 90s Leeds was always a bad place to visit. I remember watching them play Wolves at Huddersfield when they were banned from Elland Rd for the first 6 games of the 1970 (?) having invaded the pitch during a West Brom game at the end of the previous season. There was trouble all over the ground.

In many respects they are the Millwall of the north and seeme to attract all the hooligan psycho support

One day it will come round the other way so we have to enjoy it while we can.

Personally I'm finding it difficult to stop laughing since the final whistle went at about 5.30 on Saturday.

I'm driving the missus bonkers here by watching every Look North of the day and talking about nothing else.

only 12 years old mate, you know, supporting my team. Shouldn't have been on their kop I s'pose. Same happened at M'boro on their home end four years later. Happy days. Threatened with bottle at L'pool and trouble on Hillsboro Kop. Only young though mate. Wise up eventually.
