That's surely a load of rubbish

Everyone'll just go into admin when losing 10 points makes no difference then.

What a farce if that's the case.

    It must be wrong

Last season rotherham agreed a CVA on May 5th and were deducted 10 points for the FOLLOWING season. The season was still ongoing and didnt end until May 6th.

This years season ends on exactly the same date so should Leeds enter adminstration now then the points deduction HAS to take place next season.

no the worry with Rotherham is that they would have ben relegated and not got the admin sorted last season, therefore starting 06/07 in league 2 with a ten point deduction. The engineered when they wanted the ten points deducted

    I don't think that's right

I believe that the rule states that you get 10 points deducted when the club enters administration rather than getting 10 just for being in it when a season starts.

Also I don't think rotherham actually went into administration did they? They just signed a CVA and had a takeover.

    I stand corrected

Rotherham were due to sign the CVA on the 5th of May but on the day before they put it back to the 9th,3 days after the season ended and signed it then.
