    Already here about 1hr from Dunedin in Oamaru.flying up to Wellington fri morn for the T20 then on to Hamilton for the ODI befor flying home a week on sat so I miss the tests unfortunately,ah well hey ho.

    How's life treating you down here on the South Island? If you're flying from Dunedin up to Wellington listen out for a Barnsley accent in Dunedin Airport, my mate managers the Airport and is a big Barnsley supporter.

    Only arrived yesterday stopping with ah lasses brother that lives here so haven't seen much yet and were flying from Christchurch so got a 3hr drive first fri morn unfortunately herd the weathers been great untill today must av brought it with me.

    Yeah the weather has just gone off the boil in the last couple of days but don't worry it'll be back to hot soon enough, just remember to put plenty of suncream on, the sun is nasty in NZ and will fry your skin within minutes. It's a shame you didn't come a little further south, we could have had a beer and talked BFC.

    Been down to Dunedin this afternoon to visit brother in laws son,managed to get in to the cricket ground gates were open as they were erecting the seating around the ground,and took a bit of footage,looks a cracking little ground for a test match (binoculars deffo not required) then took in a few sights like royal albatross centre,steepest road in the world,then went for something to eat at neptuneos watching the surfing. From what I've seen in just a few hours it looks a smashing place to work and live.sorry I missed your text on here earlier would have been great to have a natter about the new look reds,fingers crossed for sat and we can keep the run going.hope thee n your youngen have a good en.
