I so hope its the case....and y'know folks I think we are just gonna manage it too. Seems the pundits think QPR Burnley, Luton , leeds are the main contenders for the drop.
Was just saying the same thing in a pm to another board member. 50 points is the generally accepted safety figure but I think it'll be slightly lower this year at 47/48 points. For Leeds to get to that they would need to win 4 out of 8 games. When you consider that 2 points/game is classed as promotion form then it's got to look unlikely for a team at the bottom to hit that form. QPR and Luton are pretty much in the same boat. Burnley were early season pace-setters (well, behind us anyway lol) but if you look at their current form, they can't be discounted. Win at Coventry (winning at Plymouth was tougher) and safety is virtually in the bag for you.
hey I woulda taken a draw last night matey so lets just hope we can get summat on Satdi.. but I agree a point Satdi would be fine....any points away are always good points
If we stick to the same formation as last night I can see us winning on Satdi. And a few more besides. Surprised it has taken so long to start using 5 in midfield.
