Makes you realise it's not about individuals... Some excellent Championship players in there, but clearly lacking in confidence, spirit etc...

Is that your informed opinion? There are poor sides with good players and vice versa, it's how they're coached, motivated etc too. Do you think man for man Reading's individuals are better than West Ham's? Their history and pedigree would suggest otherwise. Nicholls, Healy, Blake, Lewis for example are proven good players at this level.
Agreed. Throw in Flo, Kelly and Thompson and you've some experienced players... ...shame they don't have the same team spirit as us!
Leeds side is too old. Not enough movement and pace in there. Wouldnt want many of them. And in answer to the earlier post: Do you think man for man Reading's individuals are better than West Ham's? In a word, Yes. History and pedigree has nowt to do with it. Its form that matters in football.
