Every club above us have had their current manager for at least 2 seasons, this shows that getting a new manager every season because we dont go up simply doesnt work.
We have to give Ritchie another season, at least.

What that tells us is that all the teams above us have a manager the board have faith in. It doesn't mean that whoever is at our helm is worthy of such faith. FWIW I think Ritchie is OK - no better, no worse and should be given another season.
Because andy ritchie is none of these men They are individuals and the situation at each club is different.
You could look at it another way and say that Chelsea changed manager and won the league whilst Manchester united, Arsenal etc had kept their maangers and failed to win. This proves that you have to change your manager to succeed.

RE: Because andy ritchie is none of these men But, theirs more chance of getting promoted if you keep a manager for at least 1 season, stats prove that.

But The top six clubs in all four divisions (including chelsea) all have 3 or more experienced 30+ year olds in their squad, well all except us anyway. You could read that stat as saying that success wil only be achieved by having a good mix of old and young and that is something which Andy Ritchie doesn't want.
