    I am looking for some where in the s63 area, doesn anybdy know of any decent pads, the budget may be stretched a little further if needs be.

    Where is S63 ? I have recently got divorced and bought my ex out of the house. I am just about to put it into landlord agents hands but you are more than welcome to have a look. Its a 3 bedroom town house but it is in Royston. Its a nice house (i lived there for 16 year !) in a good area. Don't know if its any good to you but the offer is there. BTW it will be at about £450 PCM.

    house 2 doors away from me is up at £440 per month, 2 bedrooms and a conservatory. built 3 years ago. though its in featherstone so will be no good to you :)

    Anything m8. AS long as it is in reasonable condition and has at least 2 beds.

    I do think for that budget you would get one of the new private flats in Newhill (wath) nice quiet area nice accomodation by all accounts. there is currently one to let but I don't know who the agent is. could find out tomorrow if you're interested.

    Is also Thurnscoe, and there are quite a few for rent there, if you have lower standards.

    need to sell to pay off existing debt as i was stupid when younger. Gonna start again, learn from the mistakes.
