Looking for a new Laptop, can anyone suggest a good value one

for under £500, preferably closer to the £300 to £400 mark. Would have gone to empire direct before it went into liquidation so looking for that type of value, cheers.

 

Iv just bought a Dell Inspiron, and so far its fantastic, cost me £380 so good value for money!

 

I noticed that you can now get a voucher for Windows 7

Meaning, you should be able to get a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it comes out. That might be worth checking out with the supplier when you come to make your purchase.

Not sure about the upgrade voucher - not mentioned so I assume not.
At any rate you can order Windows 7 for £44.95 at the moment, although it doesn't come out until october.
