Looks like Argentina are going to just about make it to the world cup

    ...I hope they do. Playing as they are doing they'll get an early and embarrassing exit. It won't stop FIFA making them a seed team though, I'll bet.

    not sure but i think they still need a point away to Uruguay to make the play offs, if so wont be easy

    A point against Uruguay will give them automatic qualification.

    If they lose and Ecuador win away to Peru then they'll miss out altogether.

    4. Argentina 25 pts
    5. Uruguay 24 pts
    6. Ecuador 23 pts

    If they do finish 5th they'll play the 4th placed CONCACAF side in playoffs - Honduras or Costa Rica


    Edit - Not sure if a point will be enough if Ecuador win....not sure on the tie-breaker situation

    some game in Uruguay!

    with these two nations thats going to be some game, fancy Uruguay to do it, just hope nobody finishes up getting shot!!
