    Mike Ashley, apparantly rang Kenworthy at Everton and said, 'Rumours are rife up here that we're after your Manager. Don't believe it we would,nt do a dirty trick like that on Everton

    Thats a man thats just fired a Manager after a few months, that also poached him from a decent job and gave him a 3 year contract. (doh) (doh)

    Could be Hughes from Blackburn is also in the frame.

    He might be one of the main choices of the owner - but if he goes there, he's a moron. He's doing a fantastic job at Everton, why would he jeopardise that? No chance.

    I'm so pleased you asked that. I was beginning to question my football knowledge.

    I'd also be stunned, he's one of the best long term managers in the prem and he dabbled at the bottom half while he was rebuilding and spending plenty of money. Newcastle would have none of that and he's bright enough to know that.

    Id say Everton are a Bigger Club than Newcastle
    also he cant turn Newcastle round in the rest of this season and would get fired this summer - only Job that would tempt him is Man U I would have thought
