    We've signed plenty of midfielders and only wilkinson to support Winnal.....

    This can work but it will mean the midfield chipping in with a lot of goals and getting forward into the box.

    we have two bids in strikers, Henderson we're seeing what other clubs are doing and McLeod is a last ditch option, of course we're looking for strikers.

    Plenty of depth before this lad from arsenal signs... I'm not having a go it just looks like we are going with 1 up front and an attacking midfield to me.

    Hopefully we will bring a striker in before the season starts and I'm still a bit concerned with the lack of experience in the full back areas.

    Fullback areas are priority for me, strikers are ok i know we havent been scoring but they'd be fine for Chesterfield.

    Williams, Watkins and Crowley all lookk capable of playing inbetween the midfield and the attack, so if we are just going to go with Winnall up front for certain games he shouldn't be as isolated as when we have done this in the past.

    I just hope were not to narrow and when we do cross it somebody is in their to get on the end of it. We've got some quality in that midfield but it's going to be frustrating some games trying to break teams down if we only play with one up top.

    Its obvious to anyone where our weakness is.

    Goals win games and as it stands we haven't the personel to score many.

    Winnall will score but has fitness issues so I would like to see 2 forward players recruited in the next few weeks.

    I hope to god we don't play one up top because that's a sure way to drive the crowds away!

    I reckon there's plenty of goals in that team.

    I think we're really starting to shape up. Full backs are as much a priority as strikers for me though. I don't think we can rely and on Bree and Smith to put in consistently good performances for an entire season given they're so young.

    Rubbish. The vast majority of teams play one up top nowadays. As long as we have the midfielders that can get up and support them (which I believe we now do) there's no reason we won't score far than with two up top but with the midfielders hampered by their defensive duties.

    I don't think we will play 1 up top because it's no secret that we have bids in for two strikers so we wouldn't be trying to sign 2 strikers, giving us 4 overall (plus Watkins, Maris and Phenix who can play there) just to play one of them

    In literal terms other than Winnall, Hourihane and Nyatanga no one in that team as any goals scoring record at all but you can certainly see the potential. We need Forwards and Full backs pretty desperately.

    It depends how it's played but if we start sticking Winnall on the wing again I can see the natives getting restless.
