amazing. That law of the universe annoys the hell out of my mate who's a wendy. He calls us the turd that won't flush.
Looks like teams are getting nervous. Good, at least we've got other teams looking over their shoulder, and are actually wary of what we can do when we put our minds to it. I just hope Leeds don't let us down on Tuesday. I didn't think I'd say this - but come on Leeds, beat Charlton ffs.
Problem is, the way things are going at Weeds (1 win in 10), turmoil on and off the field I could see Charlton turning them over. However, Should they go into admin and get docked 15 points then things look very different!
No mate, they'll come off this season if it will send them down. See my reply to you in a previous thread!
very interesting. we've been here time after time after time. and other teams recognise that. more years in the second tier than any other club. let's see what the next few weeks bring, but teams around us will be getting nervous, all of a sudden
If a team goes into administration before the deadline they come off during the current season regardless. If a team goes into administration after the deadline, the penalty is applied next season, unless the deduction would relegate the club, in which case they would still be docked during the current season. Hope this makes sense!
update from this thread... flyingkiwiDK said: Barnsley just warming up for their usual relegation great escape. Happens every season. They always manage to do it, no reason that this season will be any different. We really need to drag Birmingham/Blackpool into the mix to improve our chances of survival.
