I hope she is suitably proud of herself for once again helping to make the UK a less safe place to live. I always wonder if the human rights lot would be so resolute in their will to protect the evil amongst us if they were ever caught up in a terrorist atrocity.
Evidence based on torture is not sound evidence and should never be admissible. "He has never faced trial in the UK, but has been detained without charge" - Why not? If you've got something on him then put him on trial. p.s. What's that got to do with Cherie Blair? Didn't see any mention of her in the article.

Don't think Cherie Booth QC is a Human Rights barrister ,think she's an employment law specialist......linking the Blairs to human rights campaigners is like lumping Japanese Whalers in with Green Peace....... where have you been for the last 10 years.
