So can you choose whether upper or lower? Is there a different turnstyle or just ask when you get to the front?

I was the one kicking off (along with a few others).

Asked for lower tier tickets as J is 7 months pregnant and as per the Millenium stadium website the upper tier isn't suitable for preggers birds, elderly people etc etc due to the number of stairs.

In response the cashier called her supervisor who said "why don't you leave her at home".

Must say fans were brilliant. Organised themselves nto 2 queues with no moaning (well not much).

Just f**king fuming that it took the ***** of a supervisor 1 hour and a half to sort the situation out.

No - deadly serious, good job there was bars between us. Got the b@st@rds name so will complain but reckon he's one of Gordon's free volunteers so doubt anything will come of it.

I was there too Matt (at the front at the other turnstyle) and I agree the whole situation was a disgrace.

As a result I am NOT going to buy a new shirt for Cardiff, as planned, and until I get treated as a respected customer - and not as a piece of dirt - I will not be spending ANOTHER PENNY with BFC other than for match tickets.

They've finished treating me like sh*t and then fleecing me.

I do believe there are plenty of lifts in the stadium.

    LEAVE ME AT HOME!!!!

Yeah, I've only been to every home and away fixture for the last 10 years so why would I want to go to Cardiff? Fuming at the total lack of respect for fans who have supported this club through thick and thin!!! I can cope with lack of organisation but I am not accepting that my custom is not worth common courtesy. I will be writing to Gordon shepherd once I've calmed down enough to string a coherent sentence together!
