The BBS site has been brilliant recently and I apologise for lowering the standard ---- Called to see an old friend in deepest Dodworth earlier tonight - the lad likes to watch/study a bit of porn occasionally. As I went in he called me over -- he was on a site called something like xhamster. In the middle of the screen was a 'pop-up' saying that 'Dolores of Barnsley was 1km away' and he could contact her if he wished. What I wondered was where did the 'pop-up' come from and how was it known that my friend was 1km away from Dolores?
Possibly know your rough location from your ip address (or your ""Friends""), and that girl in the ad as never seen Barnsley
You can set your location on your device. When I access my Google email account I get adverts for items I've recently looked at on Amazon. Big brother is watching.
Can't be too many women in Barnsley called Dolores. Should be easy enough for you / him to track down
it's based upon your IP address. Most browsers have an incognito mode now that'll confuse them, or just use adblock plus. Occasionally you'll see stuff like this: <a href="http://www.danasoft.com"><img src="http://www.danasoft.com/vipersig.jpg" border="0"></a><p><div style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:11px;"></div>
Just done a quick search , apparently there are 9 women called Dolores resident in the borough...I think she's real!!....tell 'your mate' to go for it.
Well, seeing as I've lived in deepest, darkest Dodworth all my life, that means Dolores also lives 1km away from me, too. Being the bone idle, old bugger that I am, she lives too far away!
