The luck (as in 10 point deductions and last minute goals against relegation rivals from free kicks that never were) has finally run out and our chickens have come home to roost - or more likely to dump on us from a great height. The biggest indignity will be having to play on level terms against King Keith, who (along with then Board) is the person who set us on this final downward trajectory. I won't be there to watch it, because the further slump in gates will mean that Danny (even if they are wise enough to keep him) will not have the support to turn around our fortunes.
Very possibly, matey. Uncle Morris has probably been too busy negotiating a living wage for poor Wayne!
Depends on whether you think the club should invest first, or the fans. Even if its the latter, the club can't be trusted to manage the fans' investment in paying to watch.
The OP has form. He buggered off a couple of years ago when he thought we were going down. Took his ball home. To be fair to him, he's admitted he's a fair weather fan before.
And will state that again Whitey. I'm an enthusiast, but I'm a customer, not a "supporter", which I think is a very old-fashioned notion in these days when few of the club's staff have any connection with the town. Besides, it costs me too much to travel from Oslo for every home game only for us to play like a bunch of pansies.
Each to their own, Orsey I suppose. And Oslo? Still using that excuse? You want to try relying on Northern Rail from Bradford...
Every time I've set off early and told bossman I'll be in town for 12, and the trains have been delayed and I've ended up an hour or more late. Setting off at 6am next weekend, to be safe like.
Or do you just use the 'trains late' excuse because you cant handle a marathon 2hr 55 min session before the game?
