I was walking down the road on the Industrial Estate I work on when a Readymix concrete wagon which was signaling to turn left pulled out of their depot. I continued to walk past the entrance when all of a sudden he reversed without warning back into the depot.
I had to jump and I mean jump out of his way. The rear of the wagon actually touched me.
All the idiot in the wagon said was sorry mate after he'd seen me diving out of his way.
It brought back terrible memories of a work mate of mine, an Oldham fan, who died under the wheels of a truck in the early 90s.
I though HGV drivers were supposed to be the best drivers on the road.
If you see an Orange coloured Readymix of Huddersfield cement wagon keep out of his way the drivers a fecking idiot.
(casualty)
