The keeper that killed the children drunk driving. 50 seconds into the highlights - this is why Coppinger gets sent off. Young 19 year old Donny player hits the post with the penalty - watch keepers reaction - so Coppinger goes in to defend the young lad. http://www.skysports.com/football/plymouth-vs-doncaster/359451
I get McCormick's crimes and attitude towards what he did are wrong (apparently he showed very little remorse after the accident), but this has very little to do with the incident in question it's still Coppinger's fault for acting like an imbecile, shouldn't grab him by the throat and he deserves his ban
Don't think coppinger should have been sent off if he just had a word and stuck up for his team mate but grabbed him round the kneck so was asking for it. As for mcCormick people didn't want ched playing again until he cleared his name but it's okay for a double child killer to be in goal shouldn't even be on pitch and seems like a total pr@t anyway.
I have quite a lot of contempt for McCormick but the referee will not take anything but the circumstances on the pitch into consideration. Copinger is experienced enough not to have reacted like he did.
Coppinger should have booted him square on in the knackers. Contemptible ****. Sent from the darkest recesses of a poisoned mind.
Why did the goalkeeper run up to the penalty taker and start giving him some jip after he missed thats just not on unprofessional, the goalkeeper is one idiot and started all the **** that followed , I'd have smacked him in kite if I was the penalty taker and stood the concequences. Copinger must have lost his rag with the p1llock.
Imagine if mcCormick had done that on a Sunday morning when I used to play..... he would have started a riot and had a few bruises today!
