I watch most academy home games. Potter plays occasional left back, but more usually he plays centre half. He is a big lad with a strong shot who is undoubtedly a prospect for the first team, but not yet. He has a tendancy to throw himself into tackles (muck or nettles) and in my view this should be ironed out before a first team place beckons. If he starts he will be in grave danger of not finishing.

I played with him at school. He is a great player, strong, good technique and a leader. He is 1 of our most promising youngsters.

Suspect he may play at left back then - looking to see if hes capable of being cover there for next season?

His dad played centre half for Kex Social as did his uncle ...both solid, dependable no nonsense defenders.
