    It seems from a report on Google that he is probably flying home and take no part in the competition.What was the point then of taking a player out who has not played since February.

    They've just said in the build up to the Portugal game that he's still training on his own, but could be in contention for the knockout games.

    Mitchell should have gone instead, hes a good player and would at least be natural there. Its a shame rico Henry picked up a massive injury last season. Id even have taken alfie doughty and leif Davies!

    We do this every single tournament. Always taking a player or two carrying an injury.

    That's us buggered then. Any half decent team will have a field day down our left whilst we offer no threat in response based on the last 2 games. We need to do something very different now.

    Dont think Hall has done enough especially at left back to consider going yet mate. Do like him though. Henry had a great season before last but huge injury. Agree with your other 3 shouts, should have been between them 3.

    Should have taken Tyrick Mitchell. Absolute no brainer with Chilwell and Shaw injured.

    We are so unbalanced with a right footed left back.

    Id genuinely have taken him over Chilwell even if he was fit. He's been disastrous when fit even in club football

    My concern with Trippier at LB is not him being right footed. I honestly think it shouldn’t matter. I just don’t think he’s fully fit.

    Think it 100% matters going forward. Because he always looks to cut inside, without fail. There's never an overlap on, so he goes into space where Foden & Jude want, severe lack of width on that side
