The lad played really well and he certainly made a lot of saves but..... They were a lot of saves you would expect a keeper to make, none we really Banksesque, there was just a lot of standard saves. Don't get me wrong he had a good game but I think the media seized on the chance of a story and made it out to be something more than it was. At the game I remeber thinking I bet they make a story out of that and even watching the game afterwards there was one maybe World Class save. Or is it just me....
i think it might just be you mate i certainly thought he made some saves that day that most other keepers wouldn't have including muller but since then he has started sliding down hill a little and had started flapping at the ball more, the same thing happened to muller when he came so could it be something to do with our goal keeping coach?
