Luke Steele - First choice keeper next season

muller not been the same since th injury last year, think we would have been safe a lot earlier if the "hopeless one" had not been so stubborn

 

Pity we cannot put them into one. Muller better on crosses but think Steele the better all round. Could do with giving him a contract then peppering him with crosses all close season.

 

there's still time for muller to regain his form from early last season, but being 30 and Steele about 24 - it could be a costly gamble.

It may be wiser to give no1 jersey to Steele and say its his to lose.

Right now, nobody is going to make Muller a better offer so he should be given no17 jersey for next season.

 

Steele won't sign another one and i dont blame him

 

I think if Davey promised him the no1 jersey and said if he didn't play x games next season he'd put a clause in the contract where he could speak to absolutely anyone,
then he might stay.

 

The problem for me is that steeles been more intrested in talking to people at sky and other place about im leaveing. I look at newcastle keeper harper did he ever do this is 5 or 6 or 7 years or what ever no so why is L. Steele.
