At fault for the goal for not commanding his own six yard box, but if it wasn't for him it would have been 3 or 4 nill so he deserved the MOTM award.
But why oh why does he just boot the ball downfield for the opposition defense to gobble up, rather than throw the ball to a defender/midfielder to start the next move.
Have you thought that he's using some initative and trying to get a different approach to our play instead of tip tap toe?? Maybe if we offered more in midfield and more upfront then the defense wouldn't come under as much stress as they do wk in wk out. I'm totally baffled with how poor we are at the moment
Goal wasn't his fault Beckford makes a run near post and Wiseman lost him. Winger should have been prevented from crossing the ball and Wiseman should have got himself goal side of Beckford. Steele never stood a chance. Watch it on telly toneet.
