If we get WBA in the semi does anyone know if a clause was put in the loan agreement that he can't play against them? I guess no-one even thought about that possibility when the deal was done at first. Also does the loan last long enough to cover the final? (wishfull thinking) If this has been discussed already then I'm sorry for bringing it up again but we've just moved into a new house & been without t'internet for a bit. Still can't quite believe it, do i get a flight home for the semi or wait for the final (I know, another part-time supporter out for the glory!) don't think we can keep him if we got all the way to the final. technicalalities of the loan season expires. Hope I'm wrong and can eat my dads flat cap....
I doubt he could play v West Brom but... I believe we want to extend his loan to end of season and WBA have agreed to it so let's hope WBA go out tomorrow!
If the loan states that it is 'until the end of the season' then the season always finishes on 31 May. That's why all footballers contracts run until that date - you see players moving on free's on the 1 June. So I think he would be available for a final - but not if it's WBA - I can't see them letting him play. We'd have to get Warner back again. I bet Steele is praying that we avoid WBA - be a gutter for him to miss out now.
