"..if an opportunity comes that's too good to turn down, then i'd have to think about it"

Signs that he's already decided to move, or just stating the obvious?

He'll do whatever he feels is best for his future, his family and his career.

I hope that's staying here. 4 Year deal.

Well that quote there tells me hes had no offers as yet.

as stones and butterfield and vaz te have done. If he gets a better offer i wouldnt blame him.

his career could end at any time so the money is everything to these players.

In an earlier part of the interview he says that "no championship team could make me happier", which is because he's playing every week. So as a keeper it doesn't really matter who you play for, even though he might get more money and exposure at a bigger club. I think what he's basically saying is that he'd only move for an opportunity in the Premiership.

Re: Stones, Butterfield and Vaz Te, aye reyt career moves they turned out to be

Why are you always so negative???
Butterfield hasn't done much at all I agree with that - his career has taken a step backwards. His bank balance on the other hand...

Stones is a brilliant player who will be a premiership star one day - he was never intended to be in the first team immediately when moyes bought him - maybe now he might even move with him to Man U.

And Vaz Te plays pretty much every week in the Premier League.

Re: Stones, Butterfield and Vaz Te, aye reyt career moves they turned out to be

Well they'll all be far richer that's for sure.

I think Stones will get his chance in the PL, he just has to bide his time (he's only 18 / 19 lets not forget).

I don't think Butts was ready to leave tbh. He had one good half season and hasn't got in Norwich's team yet. He's had cameo's back in the Championship but (financials aside) I think he should have stopped here for another season and proved his worth. IMO, he doesn't have the pace for the PL but I'd like to be proved wrong.

As for Vaz Te, he's a regular in the PL! I would consider that to be career success even if he isn't banging them in every week.

A long term contract at a Prem club on 14 times your BFC wage, on the bench or not, that sounds a better career move than you're making out. And they've all only been gone between 4 and 16 months.

Double it. Then double that figure in another year. Then double that in another year. And again the next year.

Should have stayed at Tarn on £1,000 a week for 2 year getting grief.
