    Lucketti turned us down because he wants to leave on a permanent deal in january. And didn't want to risk getting injured in the meantime by going out on loan.

    Quartet available for loan

    Neil Warnock has made four senior players available for loan.

    The names of David Unsworth, Alan Wright, Chris Lucketti and Neil Shipperley have been circulated to Football League clubs ahead of their loan deadline later this week.

    Unsworth has played five times in the Premiership this season, whilst fellow left-back Wright has played just once.

    Lucketti and Shipperley - both of whom have injury problems this season - have yet to feature in the Premiership.

    Warnock said: "Because of the loan deadline later this week we have alerted a few clubs, letting them know that these players are available."

    Lucketti was apparently ritchies number one target, and we have spoken to sheff utd about him, so you have to presume that we are one of the clubs they contacted. So get in there, and get the deal done.

    If we have another deadline day where all we get are reports of trying, but failing to get anybody in. Then the fans are going to be very pissed off. And its only a matter of time, before the ritchie out chants get louder and louder.
