    Just a thought -

Around J31 (M18 turn-off) of the M1, they have installed the average speed monitoring cameras whilst they carry out the widening scheme, down to 50mph.

However, going south-bound, the 'Roadworks End' and 'National Speed Limit' signs are shown as usual, then there is another SPECS camera just after these. So does this mean if you put your foot down, and go over 70mph at this point, you'll get a ticket?

I'm confused and worried, as I think it's not in use yet. If it is, I'll have accrued 12 points in 3 days. Surely that's not legal?

    Anyone know?
