The difference being Macken puts twice as much effeort in - at least has the odd attempt here and there on goal and links up well with his team mates. His holding the ball up and distrbution at times is Prem class. He has his short comings none more so than lack of pace BUT please do not have the gall to compare to that £400k waste of space. I reckon Stan's form this year has been in and out, although he may well still be injured, and would like o now see big Kim have a run in the team. It could bring the bes out of Macken.
you dont know what your on about, how can you say he puts no effort in when he's hardly played, and when he was playing it was with odejayi who was up to nowt.
Please ask yourself some fundamental questions here 1) Why hasn't Mosso played that much? 2) Why did we bring in Jon Macken? 3) Why does Macken still get a game despite not scoring? Answers below 1) Because when he has played he has looked totally ineffective and hasn't meritted further selection - If you went to Leicester you will know what I mean 2) See answer 1 3) See answer 1 ....and please, this argument about Odejayi being pants and Christenson not being good enough is stupid. Two wrongs and all that.
I would just like to see Mostto given another chance with decent service, and then judge him, he hardly had any service at all in his few game. PS- Answer 1 shouldn't go with question 1. Your saying Macken has looked totally ineffective so that is why he is still playing
I'd like to see Macken play slightly in front of the midfield and have Mostto and Stan up front. I think Macken would be able to support the wingers in providing Mostto with the service to feet that he looks like he needs. I don't think its the answer to our goal drout, but I think its' worth a try.
