    dogs dont attack unless they feel threatned

    and a child could be construed as a threat. bad training by the owner I would suggest IMHO

    not dogs fault

    just doing what it was taught IMHO, (still should have been destroyed)

    Owner should not be allowed to keep any kind of dog ever again
