    Bees boss takes League One prize

    Allen guided Brentford to three wins from their five league games
    Brentford boss Martin Allen has been named as League One's manager of the month for February.
    The Bees recorded three consecutive league wins over Walsall, Bristol City and Southend, although they lost to Port Vale and drew with Doncaster.

    Their FA Cup run came to an end in the fifth round, at Charlton, but they are now sixth in League One.

    The other contenders were Doncaster's Dave Penney, Huddersfield's Peter Jackson and Port Vale's Martin Foyle.

    Not the strongest of results, haven't won since being knocked-out of Cup. Ritchie's record was on a par with all those considered.
