    Been a long old day - My lad is currently in theatre at BDGH having his appendix removed. Asked the surgeon if he'd be fit enough to go to Hillsborough!

    Can't wait to tell him the score. It'll be the pick-me-up he needs. Fantastic to see Roberts, Hourihane and Winnall making their mark on the game. Sounds like they've answers their critics perfectly.

    1039 happy travellers. Safe journey home folks.

    And an acknowledgement to BDGH and our GP. Cannot praise them enough.

    Cheers mate. He's more gutted that he can't play football for 6-8 weeks. Missed 8 months of last season with a broken hip. He'll be at Hillsborough I'm sure.
