Lack of experience. No leadership, noone to organise, noone to get in where it hurts. What a couple of experienced heads could have done to this squad. Its been evident since Hart came in that we lack that edge in experience. Sadly i think its going to cost us for yet another season.
our problem is that we fail to take our chances,the defence and midfield have got us this far the forwards need to kick on and take us over the line.
